I bought one of the synthetic ones thinking it would be a backup wig, but it’s honestly better than my human hair one from another brand. The lace is super natural and it’s not shiny like cheap synthetics. Wore it to brunch and got two compliments from strangers, ha ha

"Wig not as described"
It is clear that what they sent me does not match the advertised photos or description. A licensed cosmetologist advised me that the “100% human hair” wig I paid over $800 for is not 100% human hair. It came drenched in hairspray and crunchy. Tangly and borderline matted at the ends. Sent it back at my own expense. Waiting for them to either refund or accept the chargeback from my bank. Not happy with this experience at all. Especially coming from someone suffering with alopecia who ordered this with high hopes that it would look good. I’ve been just walking around with my bald spots because that looks better than the trash wig. Totally unusable.

"Spent £500 on a wig and got let down..."
I placed an order for a human hair wig costing £500 because I’ve lost all my hair, and it seemed perfect on the site. But when it showed up, I was really let down. The lace was bright orange, making it look super fake, so I had to grab some products to fix it. The hair was all broken and short, giving off a rushed vibe. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

"Fantastic quality and excellent customer support"
About two years back, I got a wig to assist with my alopecia. Since I was in need of a new one—having worn the last one every day for over a year and a half—I placed an order for a real-hair wig on March 11th. It took almost two months to arrive. The quality is just fantastic, and I love the color and style. It fits me perfectly. The customer support team is super nice, polite, and responsive. Thanks a bunch! 😊

Delivery was lightning quick! Arrived just 2 days after I placed my order, and the hair looked flawless. The length and color are just wild😍. This is my first synthetic wig, and it’s definitely my top pick. I’ll be placing another order real soon!

"Terrible shopping experience"
What a terrible shopping experience! I placed an order for two wigs back in February, and it took them two whole months to send just one. The wig I got looks nothing like what I had in mind. I wanted a long ash blonde and a medium brown with blonde highlights, but instead, I ended up with a frizzy yellow mess.

"Awful customer support - still no refund despite their confirmation"
I ordered a wig, but the hair was falling out and getting all tangled up. I sent it back and got confirmation from both the company and Royal Mail that they received it. I was promised a refund by April 3rd, but here I am still waiting, and now the company is ignoring my emails.
Right now, I'm trying to dispute this with Klarna to see if they can assist me in getting my cash back.

I got a wig that just wasn't my style and sent it back, but now I've been waiting more than a month for my money back. It's so frustrating that I've had to open a case with my credit card company. I placed the order on February 5th, and I'm still waiting for that refund...

"Not a fan of this place for purchases"
I ordered a wig back in January and reached out to them since it just didn’t fit my style. They were super nice and told me I could send it back as long as it was in good shape. A few weeks later, they requested my bank info to process the refund, and I'm still waiting on that. They mentioned it might take up to 10 business days. I've tried to get in touch again, but now they’re just ignoring my messages.

"Still Waiting After 3 Months..."
It's been three months and I still haven't gotten the wig. I really wish I had checked out these reviews before I bought it. I've reached out to customer service via email multiple times, but they keep giving me different delivery dates. I've now asked for a full refund, but I haven't heard back about that yet. I'm seriously considering getting legal advice because this company feels like a total scam. [Order #34530] (December 18, 2022) Please sort out my refund ASAP since I paid almost £800.

"Currently, I'm stuck at 1 star because I..."
Right now, I'm at a 1-star rating since my order, which I placed on January 9th, still hasn't shown up. The email mentioned a dispatch date of January 11th, and here we are on March 13th with nothing but the same old reply telling me to wait 8 working days for delivery.
If the hair arrives this week and it’s amazing, I’ll totally change my mind. I’ll keep you posted in a week, but if my order doesn’t come through, I’ll be asking for a refund by next week.

I purchased three wigs, and they’re all fantastic as usual! Had a few hiccups with the postal service in Luxembourg, but once I reached out to the zeelle team for assistance, they were right on it. I've never faced an issue where they didn’t help or respond to me.
